（3）验房好时机。南加州冷热适宜的温度与温暖普照的阳光，适合你了解房间的採光、检验房屋的通风效果，还能看到室外的植物，如果这个时间看你都觉得满意，那一年四季就不用操心了。

（4）全家一起讨论决定。元旦春节时节全家人的工作基本都告一段落，买房的时候可以专心在房子上一起参谋。

（5）现房入住好过年。美国房子尤其是高端房产几乎百分百是可以拎包入住的，买完配上简单家具，带着全家来过年，未尝不是一件乐事。
