美国六月节 (Juneteenth)，全称是六月节国家独立日，是38年来第一个新增的联邦假日(Federal Holiday)。
六月节的来源是什么？6月19日的”六月节国家独立日” (Juneteenth National Independence Day)，纪念的是1865年6月19日联邦军抵达得克萨斯州，给当地传达了南北战争的结果和奴隶制度已经结束的命令。事实上，当时的美国总统林肯早在1862年就已经公布了《解放奴隶宣言》(Emancipation Proclamation)，并于1863年元旦生效。
根据拜登总统于2021年6月17日签署的法令，以后每年的6月19日为联邦法定假日。那么邮局和银行会上班吗？股市会开盘吗？
