加州房地产经纪人协会 (California Association of Realtors) 6月16日公布最新5月份房产销售数字。洛杉矶县 (Los Angeles County)、橙县 (Orange County)、圣伯纳迪诺县 (San Bernardino County)、河滨县 (Riverside County)、圣地亚哥县 (San Diego County)、文图拉县 (Ventura County)房价中位数 (Median Price) 皆上涨。
但是多地房屋销量跟今年4月的高点相比，略微下降，隐忧逐渐浮现！现在是传统上的房产销售旺季，未来南加州房价何去何从，值得关注！
在房价上涨的同时，加州房产经纪人协会数据显示，70%以上的房屋成交价，高于其上市的要价 (Listing Price)。买家面对竞争如此激烈的市场环境和高涨的房价，是否会持币观望？
