- 橙县（Orange County)：4月份的独立屋中间价位房价为110万美元，相比3月份的102.5万美元涨了7.5万美元，而去年4月当地独立屋中价只有86.1万美元；
- 圣贝纳迪诺县 (San Bernardino County)：4月的独立屋中间价位下降，从3月份的41.2万美元下降至40.5万美元，而去年4月该县独立屋中价只有32.5万美元；
- 河滨县 (Riverside County)：4月的独立屋中间价位为54.55万美元，相比3月（53.5万美元）小幅上涨了1万美元，相比去年4月（43.5万美元）涨了11.05万美元；
- 圣地亚哥县 (San Diego County)：4月的独立屋中间价位为82.5万美元，3月份为80万美元，去年4月为67.1万美元；
- 文图拉县 (Ventura County)：4月的独立屋中间价位为86.5万美元，3月份为77万美元，去年4月为67.5万美元；
