美国房地产经纪人协会 (NAR) 在7月26日发布了最新的关于外国买家购置美国住宅房产的研究报告 – 《2018年美国住宅房产 – 外国买家报告》。据其统计，在2017年4月 – 2018年3月期间，美国房产的海外买家销售总额达到了1,210亿美元；海外买家和新移民占全美总房屋销售额（约1.6万亿美元）的8％；中国买家连续6年是第一大群体，总额304亿美元！主要目的是为了子女未来的教育！超过38%的中国买家选择了加州！中国（40,400套）、加拿大（27,400套）、英国（9,000套）、印度（13,100套）、墨西哥（20,200套）这5个国家占海外买家成交量的49%；数据来源：National Association of Realtors 美国房产经纪人协会
